Job Title: Expanded Function Pediatric Dental Assistant
Location: Children's Dental Center Fishers,in
Pay: Competitive – Top of Market (Based on Experience & Certifications)

Join a high-performing pediatric dental team focused on delivering exceptional care to children and their families. We are hiring a Dental Assistant (19+) for full-time, part-time (operating room), or a hybrid role.

Schedule Options
- Full-Time: In-office clinical assisting
- Part-Time: Operating room assisting

Hybrid: Combination of both- still fulltime
Responsibilities
- Assist dentist chairside during pediatric procedures
- Help create a calm, positive experience for children
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms
- Support operating room cases (if applicable)
- Follow infection control and clinical protocols
- Work collaboratively with doctors and team members
Qualifications
- Age 19+
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable and coachable
- Comfortable working with children
- Dental experience preferred but not required
- radiology license is required
- Certifications (if applicable) will increase compensation
Compensation Structure
- Pay is based on experience and certifications
- Higher earning potential for:
- EFDA
- Coronal Polishing
- Previous dental assisting experience
